Wondering what ‘Happychondriac’ means?

Well, let's just say that Husna is a genuinely happy person who sometimes thinks that a runny nose is a sign of the bubonic plague, chest pains are heart attacks, and headaches are brain tumours.

Happychondriac (Noun): a truly joyous individual who not only radiates happiness but is also comfortable embracing the awareness that they, like anyone else, can navigate mental health challenges. The Happychondriac happily owns their mental wellbeing without stigma, fostering a space where happiness coexists with genuine acknowledgment and understanding of their own mental health journey.

  • At the Happychondriac Society, our mission is to bridge the gap between individuals and foster a world where mental health takes centre stage.
